Anyone with a home in Scripps Ranch who decorated the outside of their home with holiday lights was eligible to enter the contest. Judges from 24/7 Realty selected the winners. The winners will be announced Christmas morning on ScrippsRanchNews.com. Photos and a story about the winning displays will be published in the upcoming January issue of Scripps Ranch News.
