SCRIPPS RANCH WEEKEND

Very special memorial fundraiser
The entire community is invited to a very special fundraiser in memory of Cristos and Isabella Lopez, two young children who tragically passed away in a house fire in San Diego just weeks ago. The youngsters are the nephew and niece of Demetrious Harmon, known as “Mr. D,” a S.A.Y. teacher at Jerabek Elementary School.

The fundraiser will include laser tag, pizza and raffle prizes. Entire families are welcome to attend the event scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 11441 Caminita Magnifica. The gate code to enter is 19898.

While the event cannot take away the pain felt by the childrens’ mother and family, the family will appreciate all the support during this difficult time. All proceeds will go to the mother to help with financial needs, including medical and funeral costs.

Those who are unable to attend the fundraiser, but still want to make a donation, may do so at: https://www.gofundme.com/qgfy9kec.

Anyone wishing to donate raffle prizes or donate in any way may contact Heather Downing at agedefyingsd@gmail.com or call (619) 665-6671.
