Great Halloween memories abound
Scripps Ranch neighborhoods were crawling with ghosts, skeletons, super heroes and characters of all sorts on Halloween night. It was a peaceful evening for the most part and the weather was decent. Children scampered about, visiting doors and hollering “Trick or treat” throughout most of the early evening. Friendly neighbors were willing to hand out treats, filling the kids’ Halloween baskets and bags with wonderful goodies.
