Boys soccer team faces busy week
The Scripps Ranch High School boys varsity soccer team had a tiring day with two games in the San Diego High Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 15.
First, the Falcons lost to Calexico 2-3 in the morning. Scripps Ranch then returned to the tournament for a late afternoon game to defeat University High School 3-1. Photos on this page show action from the University City contest.
The Falcons have three games scheduled the week before winter break. They will take on San Ysidro High School at home starting at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17. Then the Falcons play University City again, this time at home starting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18. Scripps Ranch is scheduled to play San Diego High at home at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20.
