Falcons outlast La Jolla 52-51
The Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) varsity football team traveled to La Jolla for an exciting Friday night game on Aug. 27 and came away with a hard-fought victory in a high scoring 52-51 battle.
Both teams put on a show, with each displaying its potent offense on the ground and in the air.
Scripps Ranch is now 2-0 for the young season, having already captured a 56-20 victory on Aug. 20 against San Pasqual High School.
SRHS will host San Diego High School for its first home game of the season on Sept. 3 with a scheduled 7 p.m. kickoff.
