A poem about turning six

Turning Six
By Ashwin Sundaresan

First, I turned one
I had so much fun
Coz I ate a lot of cake
That made my tummy ache

Next, I turned two
When my favorite color was blue
Oh what a fun year
One without any fear

Then came the big three
I was running free
When I got stung by a bee

Next, came four
I started to explore
When I went to the beach
To play by the shore

Then, I turned five
I learned to swim and dive
But I got stung again
By a bee from the same hive

Now, that I am six
I like to build and fix
This year, I dug a dino bone
And also flew my shiny new drone

I look forward to what’s in store
As I grow some more!
