Basketball team set to play MBHS
The Scripps Ranch High School varsity mens basketball team will take on Mission Bay High School at home on Friday, Jan. 31, with a scheduled 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
The Falcons will bring an 8-13 overall record into the Mission Bay High game after dropping a close one against Mira Mesa High 44-47 on Jan. 28. Scripps Ranch High showed significant improvement since the last meeting as they led most of the game. However, they fell to the Marauders as a Falcons 3-point attempt at the buzzer hit the rim and bounced out.
