Latest library closure, parking lot updates

The start date for the upcoming planned six to eight month closure of the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library for replacement of the roof and HVAC system may occur sometime after February but the date has not yet been confirmed. Work on the lower parking lot, which has been suspended for more than 20 months, will reportedly resume concurrently. Monday, holiday closures:
The Scripps Miramar Ranch Library continues to be closed on Mondays due to City budget issues. For a list of libraries still open on Mondays, check the Scripps Ranch Friends of the Library website (srfol.org) or the San Diego Public Library website (sandiego.gov/library). Note that all City libraries will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidents’ Day.
