Blue Angels highlight MCAS Miramar Air Show
The MCAS Miramar Air Show, known as “America’s Air Show,” drew thousands of spectators Sept. 27-29. But viewers didn’t have to be at the air base to see the performances. The planes and helicopters flew over all surrounding communities including Scripps Ranch and Mira Mesa. As usual, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration team ended each show with precision aerobatic maneuvers. These photos were taken in Mira Mesa.
