Falcons advance in State tourney
The sixth-seeded Scripps High School mens varsity basketball team will travel north of Los Angeles to play third-seeded Bishop Alemany High School on Feb. 29 in the 2024 CIF State Championship boys basketball tournament. The Falcons defeated 11th-seeded Yeshiva University High School of Los Angeles 60-52 (seen here) on Feb. 27 in the first round of the tournament. Scripps Ranch took the lead in the final minutes of the game and held on to advance to the next round.
