Field hockey team defeats Patrick Henry
The Scripps Ranch High School varsity field hockey team beat Patrick Henry High 9-0 at home in a conference game on Oct. 3.
Scripps Ranch wore pink socks and eye grease for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The high-powered Scripps Ranch team is now 12-3 overall and 3-1 league play.
Scripps Ranch is scheduled to play St. Francis in a tournament at Mountain View for a non-league match starting at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7; followed by contests on Saturday, Oct. 8 against Archbishop Mitty at 9 a.m. and a match against Los Gatos at noon on the same day.
