Holiday Concert is Dec. 14

The big annual Scripps Ranch Holiday Concert – along with Santa Claus – will arrive Sunday, Sept. 14, 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Hoyt Park, 10711 Canyon Lake Drive.

Those planning to attend this Scripps Ranch tradition will be entertained by the fabulous Christmas Tree-Oh! band performing a variety of live holiday tunes that are sure to get the crowd into the spirit of the season. 

In addition, Santa Claus will arrive near the end of this fun event to listen to the wishes of each and every
child who attends the concert. A firefighting vehicle from Scripps Ranch Fire Station 37 is expected to deliver the jolly old elf to the park, as is the Scripps Ranch tradition each year.

The Holiday Concert is produced by Scripps Ranch Symphony in the Park, a nonprofit organization that brings a series of four free concerts to Scripps Ranch each summer, plus the Holiday Concert in December. The Holiday Concert is the organization’s final event of the year. The 2025 Holiday Concert is sponsored by Greg Wisniew, financial planner.

Cold temperatures are likely to accompany the Dec. 14 concert, so those planning to attend are encouraged to dress in warm clothing, bring a blanket, low-back chairs for seating and some hot chocolate.
