Poway On-stage unveils 2025-26 line-up
Poway OnStage announces its 2025/2026 season, a lineup that brings the world’s finest music, theatre, and live performance straight to Poway’s backyard.
Opening the season is the “Dream Like Taylor” Back to School Party on Sept. 27. San Diego’s own Cassie B. leads an energetic, all-ages tribute to Taylor Swift’s biggest hits – from heartfelt ballads to arena anthems. The evening begins with a Back to School Party on the Plaza benefiting Poway OnStage’s Arts in Education programs.
Other fan-favorite concerts include the return of Back to the Garden with the world premiere of their story concert event “1965 – A Music Revolution” (March 13-14).
Iconic headliners also take center stage including:
• Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal (Nov. 1).
• Steve Augeri, the former lead vocalist of Journey (April 11).
• Jamie O’Neal (Oct. 4), performing her chart-topping country ballads including “There Is No Arizona.”
• Forever Motown (May 16), delivering nearly 30 soul stirring hits from legends.
• Broadway enthusiasts will be thrilled by the full-scale production of “A Musical Christmas Carol” (Dec. 6), the high-octane energy of “Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band” (Oct. 11), and the laugh-out-loud musical “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus” (Jan. 17).
Fans of international music and cultural arts will enjoy the genre-spanning brilliance of International Guitar Night (Feb. 22), the explosive spectacle of DRUM TAO (March 29), and the breathtaking artistry of Cirque FLIP Fabrique’s Blizzard (Feb. 27).
The season also embraces authentic and personal storytelling with Not the Right Mom (April 26), a raw and comedic solo show about raising a son on the autism spectrum.
Additionally, Poway OnStage welcomes back Missoula Children’s Theatre to collaborate with local students in a weeklong residency culminating in a fully staged adaptation of “Cinderella” (March 7).
