Roller hockey team advances to semifinals
The Scripps Ranch High School roller hockey team will play Cathedral Catholic High in the semifinals of CIF-San Diego Section Championships on Monday, March 6 at the Escondido Sports Complex with a 7 p.m. faceoff.
The Falcons earned the trip to semifinal competition after defeating Westview High 6-5 on Feb. 27 in a quarterfinal game. Scripps Ranch won 27 seconds into overtime.
