Spring Fling set for April 2

The Scripps Ranch Farmer’s Market and Family Festival will hold a special Spring Fling Easter-style event on Thursday, April 2.

There will be free treats for the children, and the Easter Bunny will be on hand from about 4 to 6 p.m. to visit with the youngsters and pose for pictures.

Scripps Ranch Farmer’s Market manager Beverly Cassity explained that exceptional holiday pastries will also be available for purchase.

“Bring the family and enjoy the extra hour of light with us,” she said.

The Scripps Ranch Farmer’s Market features a wide variety of unique vendors, and is famous for the high quality selection of food booths offering cuisine from around the world.

The Scripps Ranch Farmer’s Market is held from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. each Thursday at 10045 Carroll Canyon Road.
