SRHS competes in Mt. Carmel/ASICS Inv.

The Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) cross country runners competed in the 42nd Mt. Carmel/ASICS XC Invitational meet on Sept. 17. The meet was held at Morley Field in Balboa Park on a new CIF San Diego Section 3-mile course.

The falcons competed in Division 1 which included 48 schools from across Southern California. Races were held by high school class (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior).

Scripps Ranch Women sophomores captured a second place team award led by Addy Richardson’s second place finish by with a time of 19:46.

Senior Ken Belt had the fastest SRHS mens time of 16:44.
