SRHS defeats LJHS in epic fashion
The Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) varsity lacrosse team defeated La Jolla High 13-12 in an epic finish on April 24. This was Seniors Night for SRHS.
Scripps Ranch High was leading by two with just over a minute left. La Jolla High tied it up with 24 seconds left. Scripps Ranch High scored the winning goal in the final two seconds. The winning shot was scored by McKenna Durkin (#10).
SRHS will close its regular season April 29 at University City High with a 7 p.m. start.
