SRHS looks to State following LJCD loss
The Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) womens basketball team lost 32-81 to top-seeded La Jolla Country Day on Feb. 18 in the first round of the 2023 CIF-San Diego Section Girls Basketball Championships Open Division.
The loss does not tarnish the fact that SRHS has earned a spot in the CIF State playoffs due to a spotless 8-0 Western League record and an overall record of 20-6. State playoff brackets will be announced later.
