Three brothers are Eagle Scouts

Three Scripps Ranch boys from the Wenker family have achieved the Boy Scouts rank of Eagle Scout. Only 5 percent of Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America earn this prestigious level, so it is rare that three brothers from the same family achieved this rank. All three are in Scout Troop 301.

Finnegan Wenker, the youngest, is 13 years old. It is also very rare for a Scout of this age to gain the Eagle Scout rank. Finnegan joined Scouts the moment he turned 10. He is an eighth grader at Marshall Middle School. He plays Pop Warner Football, is on the Marshall Middle School wrestling team and is an All American Scholar Athlete.

Keegan Wenker, 17, is a junior at Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS). He is part of the football and wrestling teams.

Killian Wenker, 15, is a sophomore at SRHS. He is on the JV wresting team.

All three boys are top academic and athletic students – all with a 4.0+ grade point average, according to their mother, Lauren Wenker.
