Local Realtor earns key role

Women’s Council of Realtors® California announced that Kay Merg of San Diego was elected as Governor for California.

Merg will be responsible for overseeing three networks throughout California and represents the Women’s Council of Realtors® California as a National Voting Delegate. She is currently serving as the district vice president for California District 5. Merg has been a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors® California for nine years.

“Mentoring members of the Women’s Council of Realtors® is an incredibly rewarding experience,” Merg said. “I love helping women gain leadership skills to grow their real estate business.”

Merg is the leader of The Merg Team, RE/MAX United, located at 10650 Scripps Ranch Blvd., Unit 112. She has been a residential Real Estate professional since 1998, and has sold more than 450 homes in San Diego County. Merg is also a certified Military Relocation Professional and VA-Pro specialist.
