The San Diego Zoo Food, Wine & Brew Celebration, San Diego’s wildest tasting event, will benefit wildlife conservation on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at the San Diego Zoo. Enjoy a globally inspired, all-inclusive food, wine and brew tasting event with more than 160 of Southern California’s best vendors—along with live entertainment and dancing — inside the world-famous San Diego Zoo.
San Diego has earned its stripes as the craft brew capital of America, and it’s not short on wineries, either. This event features a big selection of small bites from local restaurants and the best beer and wine Southern California has to offer, giving guests a chance to try something new and enjoy some longtime favorites.
Guests can also meander through seven zones of the Zoo, with entertainment around every corner. Soar above it all on Skyfari, light up the night at the glow party and dance like a rock star at seven live stages throughout the Zoo.
Proceeds benefit the San Diego Zoo Global Wildlife Conservancy, which is committed to saving species worldwide and leading the fight against extinction. Currently, San Diego Zoo Global is involved in more than 140 conservation projects in 80 countries.
Tickets are on sale now, with general admission tickets available for $100 and VIP tickets for $200, with prices increasing Aug. 1. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend; no children or strollers permitted.
