Falcons soar into Championship game
The Scripps Ranch High School mens basketball team is traveling to Sacramento where it will play the Justin-Siena Braves from Napa for the 2022 CIF State Boys Basketball Division IV Championship title on Saturday, March 12, in Golden 1 Center with a noon tip-off.
Scripps Ranch is a two-seed in the tournament and brings a 25-11 record. Fourth-seeded Justin-Siena has a 21-11 record.
Scripps Ranch defeated Valley Torah by a score of 68-54 to claim the CIF State D4 Southern (Regional) California Championship on March 8 to advance to earn a spot in the CIF State Championship game.
