Fire Safe Council’s fire safety expo
The Scripps Ranch Fire Safe Council observed Wildfire Community Preparedness Day on Saturday, May 5 by holding a fire prevention expo for the public at Fire Station 37, 11640 Spring Canyon Road.
Residents descended upon Station 37 to learn about smoke alarms, emergency resuscitation, and to gain fire extinguisher service and training. Tours of the fire station were included, and attendees were able to meet the friendly firefighters and learn about the firefighting equipment at Station 37.
