Enjoy Brushes and Beer
For some, everything seems to go better with beer. Why not try your hand at painting while sipping a cool brew at Ballast Point Scripps Ranch this Sunday? A Brushes and Beer painting class will be held on Aug. 20 starting at 3 p.m.

The $45 fee will include your canvas, materials, instruction and a taster flight of beer. Admit it, you’ve probably done crazier things and had less fun while spending more money. And you probably had nothing to show for it. This time you’ll get a canvas of your own creation to take home; proof that you were engaged in a constructive activity.

  1. What are the expenses that go into the average cost to remodel a kitchen? Labor is a big one. Labor costs vary by state, city and zip code. Of course, as with any home remodeling project, you’ll have to balance the quality of the work with the size of your budget. The contractor with the most glowing reviews may be out of your budget, which means you’ll have to compromise in one way or another. You’ll either have to undertake a smaller project with the more expensive labor or a bigger renovation with cheaper labor, which may or may not be of the highest quality. Don’t let the expenses scare you! Remember that hiring a contractor to assist with your kitchen remodel will help you buy the right tools and materials, and the right amount of them. Also keep in mind that renovated kitchens increase the property value of houses. Even if you do not plan to move out of your house anytime soon, it is important to keep appliances and styles updated in case one day you decide to sell your home. http://franciscogaqg209753.blogs100.com/13541787/low-end-kitchen-remodel Approach your contractor with many examples of your remodel ideas, including pictures from home decor magazines, links to design ideas on the web and paint chips from the hardware store. The more information a contractor has ahead of time, the more your bath remodel ideas will turn out exactly how you want it. National Average for Bathroom Remodeling Who doesn’t want a bathroom oasis in their home; a place to soak away the day’s troubles in a pedestal tub, heated floors for chilly mornings or organized makeup drawers in your vanity to keep all of your supplies close at hand? We spend a lot of time in our bathrooms and it makes sense that homeowners would want to make their main bath the most functional, restful and luxurious space possible. “That includes all the luxury items you might want,” Readnower said. “The average for us at Craftsmen can be lower than the national average. We are a remodeler for the masses. We are selling good quality stuff but not at high-end prices.”
