There will be 60 vendors for the kids to trick or treat with, free inflatable rides, a free balloon artist and face painter, and a free Halloween Penguin Treasure Hunt. There will also be a caricature artist, a children’s art booth, a petting zoo and more. Costumes aren’t necessary, but encouraged.
