Why Teens Thrive with Support from ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers®

Today’s teens are under more pressure than ever – from academic stress and social media to family dynamics and identity struggles. At ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers®, support goes far beyond traditional therapy. ROWI is a place specifically designed for adolescents to feel understood, empowered and truly supported.

ROWI specializes in treating teens ages 12-17 who are facing anxiety, depression, school refusal, panic attacks, self-harm and other emotional or behavioral challenges. ROWI also supports teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based approaches – including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the UCLA PEERS® social skills program, and mindfulness-based techniques – to help teens build emotional resilience and life skills.

What sets ROWI apart is its integrated model. Teens receive personalized care in a structured yet compassionate environment – through either a full-day or after-school program. These programs provide the consistency and depth needed to make real progress in a short amount of time.

ROWI also recognizes that family plays a critical role in a teen’s healing. That’s why it offers family therapy and communication skills training to help rebuild trust, improve understanding and strengthen relationships at home.

For many teens, ROWI becomes a safe place to explore who they are, develop healthy coping skills and connect with peers going through similar experiences. It’s not just about managing symptoms – it’s about helping teens thrive mentally, emotionally and socially.

In a world that often over-looks the complexity of teen mental health, ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers® offers hope, healing, and real transformation. ROWI becomes a safe place to explore who they are, develop healthy coping skills and connect with peers going through similar experiences – for both teens and their families.
