The Heroes rock Hoyt Park

Hoyt Park came alive Aug. 10 when The Heroes entertained a huge crowd on a warm summer evening as part of the Scripps Ranch Symphony in the Park free summer concert series.

The concert by the Heroes was preceded by an air band performance by new members of the Scripps Ranch Old Pros athletic club as part of their initiation.

The Heroes concert was sponsored by Collins Family Jewelers. Facepainting for children was provided by Emma Lefkowitz and The Barron Real Estate Team.

The next concert will feature Paging the 90s on Sept. 14.
