Varsity football team travels to Warren High

The Scripps Ranch High School varsity football team will go to Downey, Calif., to face the Warren High School Bears on Friday, Aug. 29 with a scheduled 7 p.m. kickoff.

The Falcons are coming off a 6-41 season opening loss at home to Poway High on Aug. 22.

While that outcome was disappointing, the high spirited fans showed up to root for the home team on a festive night that also featured Scripps Ranch Pop Warner Football and Cheer Association squads rush onto the field with the high school players and cheerleaders.
