Field hockey team falls short in quest
The Scripps Ranch High School (SRHS) field hockey team was defeated by Torrey Pines High School 5-0 in a semi-final match in the CIF-San Diego Open Division playoffs on Nov. 10.
The loss ended the SRHS team’s hopes of winning a fourth straight CIF-San Diego championship.
SRHS defeated the Bishop’s School 3-2 on Nov. 8 to advance to the semi-final round. (All photos on this page are from the victory over Bishop’s)
