The SRHS womens varsity volleyball team advanced to the semifinal bracket of the 2024 CIFSDS Girls Volleyball Division 2 Championship before being defeated 2 sets to 3 at the hands of La Jolla Country Day. It was an exciting contest as Country Day started the match winning the first 2 sets. Scripps Ranch came back to tie it at 2 sets each before losing the last set. Scripps Ranch battled its way to the semifinals by defeating Mt. Carmel High on Oct. 30 in the first round, then beat San Pasqual High on Nov. 2.
