SRHS football fundraiser set

The public is invited to participate in a fun Golf Tournament and Gala to raise funds for the Scripps Ranch High School football program. 

The event, hosted by the SRHS Football Boosters, will be held Friday, July 8 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa, 17550 Bernardo Oaks Drive. 

The event includes golf, lunch, contests, golf giveaways, dinner, dancing, a silent auction and raffle.

Check-in is at 11 a.m. A putting contest will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A shotgun start to the golf tournament with a scramble format is set for 1 p.m. 

Cost to participate in the event is $165 per person before June 3; and $175 per person after June 3. Cost to attend the gala only is $65 per person.

The gala includes drinks and silent auction at 5:30 p.m.; dinner at 6:30 p.m.; dancing at 8 p.m.

Participants can make it a staycation as the Rancho Bernardo Inn is offering a special room rate of $299 for this event.
