Yanni’s Bar & Grill held a Hurricane & Fire Relief Fundraiser Dinner to aid Americans in Northern California and Puerto Rico.

Yanni’s holds another successful fundraiser

Yanni’s Bar & Grill raised $3,050 during a Hurricane & Fire Relief Fundraiser Dinner intended to help Americans in Northern California and Puerto Rico who were devastated by the wildfires and hurricane Maria, respectively.

Yanni’s organized and hosted the event on Nov. 20. The dinner included a complimentary wine tasting, reception and dinner buffet. A donation of $75 was suggested for each person attending, with the entire amount going to the cause. Many of the 24 guests who attended generously contributed more than the suggested amount.

Contributions were planned for the Redwood Empire Food Bank or the One America Appeal for Maria.

Yanni’s is known for planning and holding events to aid victims of tragic events in America. Earlier this year, longtime Scripps Ranch resident Yannis Pihas, owner of Yanni’s Bar & Grill, hosted a Hurricane Harvey Relief Fundraiser Dinner on Sept. 18. About 68 guests attended that event, donating approximately $5,400 to the hurricane relief fund.

Yanni’s Bar & Grill is located at 12015 Scripps Highland Drive.

    Первый тип в Дизайне Человека – это Генератор. Генераторы отличаются высокой энергетичностью и способностью легко и эффективно завершать начатые задачи. Главная задача Генератора — найти деятельность, которая приносит радость и удовлетворение. Генератор начинает действовать, когда ощущает внутренний отклик. Основное отличие Генераторов в том, что они заряжают себя и других энергией, если действуют в соответствии с внутренним откликом.

    Следующий тип, на который стоит обратить внимание, — Манифестор. Этот тип уникален своей независимостью и способностью инициировать действия. Они не нуждаются в отклике, как Генераторы, и могут сразу принимать решения и действовать. Индивидуальная особенность Манифестора — это стремление к свободе и независимости. Главная их практическая задача — инициировать изменения.

    Не менее значимая категория — Проектор. Проекторы лучше всего проявляют себя в роли наблюдателей и стратегов. Они нуждаются в приглашении, прежде чем начать действовать, и могут эффективно использовать энергию, когда работают с другими людьми. Индивидуальная особенность Проектора заключается в умении работать с чужой энергией и направлять ее. Их рациональное предназначение – это оптимизация работы других типов.

    И наконец, заключительный тип — Рефлектор. Они лучше всего ощущают общие тенденции и могут объективно оценивать ситуацию. Индивидуальная особенность Рефлектора заключается в том, что они полностью зависят от окружающего мира и людей. Рефлекторы могут стать прекрасными аналитиками, так как они замечают мельчайшие изменения.

    Итак, подведем итог: Каждый из четырех типов в Дизайне Человека имеет свои индивидуальные особенности, которые помогают им максимально эффективно взаимодействовать с миром. Понимание своего типа и его практического предназначения позволяет лучше организовать жизнь, выбрать правильные направления для работы и улучшить качество личных отношений.
