THE GLEN AT SCRIPPS RANCH HOLDS GRANDPARENTS DAY

Two guests pose for a caricature portrait as The Glen at Scripps Ranch retirement community held its intergenerational Grandparents Day festivities on Sept. 13. Residents, grandchildren and great-grandchildren attended a day focused on bringing generations together. A recent study found that intergenerational activities have positive effects on social and health outcomes not only for older adults but also for the younger generation.
