Scripps Ranch High School Football

The Scripps Ranch High School varsity football team remained undefeated through mid-October. It earned its most recent victories against Point Loma, 48-14; Morse, 54-8; and Christian High, 41-23. SRHS hosted Mira Mesa on Oct. 22 and fought a good fight tying at 35-35 with two minutes left on the clock. The game ended with a field goal giving Mira Mesa the win.

The Falcons have a big-play passing attack, reliable running game and a swarming defense. SRHS is scheduled to play at Canyon Hills High on Oct. 29. (photos by Justin Fine)
